Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Associate based in Prayagraj. The role involves identifying and generating potential leads, conducting market research, and managing outreach activities to build business partnerships. Key responsibilities also include creating and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring company goals are met through strategic business development. The Associate will collaborate closely with team members to align efforts with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
