Position: Business Development Associate

Location: Amravati, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹ 10,000- ₹ 20,000 per month

Job Summary: The Business Development Associate will be responsible for guiding potential students and their families through the decision-making process regarding our courses. This role involves providing detailed information about our programs, explaining how they can enhance career prospects, and contributing to overall sales and customer engagement efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high performance environment and are passionate about spreading the unique Cloudblitz teaching methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Outreach:

  • Initiate Contact: Reach out to potential customers, including working professionals, graduates, and their parents.
  • Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings at our branch location to discuss course offerings in detail.
  • Counseling: Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students on our courses and the Cloudblitz learning journey.

2. Detailed Course Description:

  • Explain Courses: Detail the species of Cloudblitz courses, emphasizing how they align with industry requirements and enhance employability.
  • Benefits Explanation: Assist students and their families in understanding the benefits of our programs and how they contribute to career advancement.

3. Mentorship and Guidance:

  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students throughout their learning journey, offering guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Query Resolution: Address any queries or concerns raised by students and their families, providing clear and informative responses.

4. Sales and Counseling:

  • Hybrid Sales Model: Implement a hybrid sales model that combines inside-sales and direct-sales techniques to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Work Schedule: Work six days a week, with Sundays off, to accommodate the schedules of working professionals and graduates.

Qualification:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Professionalism: Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or counseling roles is advantageous.
