Role Overview:As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by reaching out to potential learners, pitching Ediglobe’s programs, and converting them into successful enrollments. You will counsel, convince, and close, while genuinely helping students take the right step in their careers. This is a performance-driven role with high impact and high rewards. Key Responsibilities: Own the Growth Funnel – Take full ownership of converting qualified leads into enrolled learners by understanding their motivations and career goals Initiate Smart Conversations – Reach out to potential students via WhatsApp, phone calls, or email and build meaningful, trust-based relationships Pitch with Purpose – Present Ediglobe’s offerings in a powerful, solution-oriented way that aligns with the learner’s aspirations Handle Objections Like a Pro – Confidently address doubts around pricing, timing, and outcomes while maintaining empathy and clarity Negotiate & Close – Persuasively move leads from interest to decision, using personalized follow-ups and transparent communication Track & Optimize – Maintain records of all interactions, feedback, and conversions in CRM tools, and identify ways to improve your conversion game Collaborate for Results – Work closely with marketing and student success teams to share feedback, improve campaigns, and deliver better student experiences Grow Your Edge – Sharpen your communication, consultative selling, and business thinking every day in a high-performance environment What You’ll Get: On-Ground Startup Experience – Work from our office and be part of the action.
