• Prior experience in counseling for competitive exams like UPSC
• UPSC aspirants (past or present) are highly encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Contact verified leads to convert them into customers
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate course details
• Regularly follow up with previous leads
• Engage with customers and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements: A laptop is mandatory for this role.
