Job Description

As a Counselor for the UPSC segment at Ecoholics EdTech Pvt. Ltd., your primary role will involve engaging with potential customers and providing them with information about our courses. Your responsibilities will include: - Making contact with verified leads and converting them into customers - Understanding the needs of customers and offering accurate information about our courses - Conducting regular follow-ups on previous leads - Engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Utilizing lead software effectively To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field - Sound knowledge of the UPSC exam process - Experience as a current or former UPSC aspirant - Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment - Proficiency in oral and written English - Good listening skills and ability to remain calm and composed - Strong multitasking and time management abilities with a can-do attitude Additionally, having a laptop is a requirement for this position.
