We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive growth for both brands — someone confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales and client relationships.

Role Overview

The candidate will handle two parallel responsibilities:

For Socio Connect Marketing: Call and follow up with potential clients (leads) interested in social media marketing, explain services, and onboard new clients.

For East Landings: Connect with leads generated from real estate ads, provide property details, and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Understand client needs and suggest the best marketing or property solutions.

Maintain strong follow-ups and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales strategy.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain records of client interactions in CRM and ensure smooth handovers post-sale.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telemarketing (real estate or marketing experience preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Malayalam.

Confident with cold calling, client handling, and follow-ups.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to grow with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
