Gen-Zway is a performance marketing agency trusted by Shark Tank India brands and leading D2C founders. With over ₹20 Cr+ ad spend managed, we specialize in Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, funnels, and creative strategies. We are hiring a results-driven BDA to lead high-ticket sales for our monthly retainers (₹50K–₹5L/month).

Mandatory Criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency
• Proven ability to close high-ticket retainers (₹50K–₹5L/month)
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end sales: lead gen → proposals → closure
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Funnels)
• Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator & cold email tools
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills
• Must be target-driven and experienced with CRM/pipeline tracking
• Candidates from Gurgaon or nearby cities only

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify high-ticket leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and manual outreach
• Handle inbound queries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals
• Conduct sales calls with D2C founders & decision-makers
• Share proposals, pricing decks, and confidently handle objections
• Close monthly retainers for performance marketing services
• Track and manage pipeline using CRM or structured sheets
• Coordinate with onboarding and delivery teams post-closure
