We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive domestic sales. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and increasing the adoption of our courier aggregation platform across various sectors such as e-commerce, retail, and D2C brands. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new B2B customers through field sales, cold calling, and lead generation. Pitch courier aggregation services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise clients. Understand client logistics needs and present customized solutions aligned with their shipping requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention and repeat business. Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth account setup and service initiation. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM. Track sales metrics and deliver regular reports to the Sales Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pricing, product feedback, and service optimization.
