Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Contact and engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.

Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) for effective follow-ups.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase revenue.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
