Digital Marketer

Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing, Waze, Siri, Careem, and Uber

🧠 About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist

📌 Key Responsibilities

Business Listing Setup & Optimization

Claim, verify, and optimize listings on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, HERE, Petal, and more
Maintain consistency across NAP (Name, Address, Phone), hours, categories, services
Track listing statuses and resolve verification issues (postcard/OTP-based)

Visual & Content Management

Upload and manage branded images, cover photos, and seasonal content
Ensure consistent branding across platforms

Reputation Management

Monitor Google/Facebook reviews
Respond using templates, escalate issues when needed
Maintain FAQ and Q&A sections

Analytics & Reporting

Build dashboards using Google Looker Studio
Automate monthly reports on clicks, calls, directions, and reviews
Set up tap-to-call buttons and WhatsApp integrations

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

digital marketing, local SEO, or multi-location business listings

Google Business Profile, Apple Maps Connect

Google Sheets

✔ Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to follow structured workflows

✔ Experience with customer reviews and online reputation is a bonus
