Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into enrollments through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Pitch Artfills’ online courses and guide learners through the enrollments process.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Lead Generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong target orientation and ability to handle fast-paced work.
• Confident, energetic, and self driven individual.
• Prior experience in EdTech, training, or online learning preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
