Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers
Prepare compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
Track and report sales performance metrics
What We Are Looking For:
1-3 years of prior experience in agency sales (Digital Marketing / Advertising / Creative services)
Strong understanding of marketing agency deliverables and sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
