Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Engage with potential clients to explain 7eventzz’s services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Work with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Negotiate with clients and close bookings effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Comfortable with calls, client meetings, and online business communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
