Sr. Executive- BD Roles and responsibilities Ensure to achieve the company s sales targets MOM. Meeting with doctors for prescribing care plans and products of our services. Strictly follow the standard operating procedures(SOPs) and policies. Developing growth strategies and plans Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients Increasing client base Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Drafting and reviewing contracts Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office. 3-5 yrs experience in Sales and from Health care industry. Preferable: From Pharma industry or Medical device sales. Other Qualifications
Good verbal communicator & presenter, Command over English& regional language. Two-wheeler is must. Proficiency in MS office would be an added advantage. Preferable male candidates.
