Business Development and M&A

Purpose/Objective:-

To analyze and execute investment opportunities by evaluating financial models, conducting due diligence, and preparing key financial documents. The role ensures effective risk management, stakeholder alignment and successful deal closure.

Profile requirement:-

Advisory in Infrastructure sector (preferably in transportation sector including Roads, Metro, Railways) with in-depth understanding of Financial Modelling, Bidding & M&A transactions including Commercial and Financial Due Diligence.

Exposure to bidding for BOT projects / Project Finance / InvITs / Debt Restructuring and Relationship with Private Equity/Sovereign Wealth & Pension/Infrastructure focused Funds, AIFs, Strategic Investors & Structured Credit Funds/NBFCs/IDFs will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities of Role:-

• Investment appraisal & Financial bid submission having strong analytical skills including Financial Modelling, Valuation (DCF, Relative Valuation) etc.
• Ability to lead commercial and financial due diligence of M&A/PE and Structured Debt/ Mezzanine transactions.
• Ability to in-depth examine target entities’ financials, financing documents, project concession agreements etc.
• Preparation of investment and financing documents including stakeholder’s presentations, Information Memo.
• Assistance in execution of binding agreements, negotiations/ deal closure.

Qualifications and Experience:-

Qualification-: CA / MBA (Finance)

Experience-: 8-15 Years of Experience Required
