Business Development and Applications Engineer

In this role of Business Development and Application Engineer based in Pune, you will have the opportunity to work full-time reporting to the Business Unit Manager. Your salary will be competitive, and you are required to have 6 months to 2 years of work experience in the sealing industry. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Search for new clients in designated regions and maximize customer potential for company products or services. - Travel to visit potential clients and develop long-term relationships with them. - Manage and interpret customer requirements, anticipate their needs, and persuade them that the product or service best satisfies their needs. - Negotiate and close sales, meet sales targets, record client contact data, and support marketing activities by attending events. **Skills and Qualifications Required:** - Diploma, B.E, B.Tech in Mechanical with Graduation Year of 2023/2024/2025. - Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills. - Strong time management, organization, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in presentation design and delivery, as well as sales, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
