Business Developer Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a professional with a strong background in web development and mobile app development, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing valuable partnerships, and acquiring new clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and nurturing long-term relationships with potential clients in the web and mobile app development sectors. You will need to develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet revenue targets. Collaboration with technical teams to create customized proposals and align them with client needs will be essential. Additionally, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and leading the end-to-end sales cycle will be part of your role. Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales will also be crucial. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, with a successful track record in web and mobile app development sales. A deep understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in creating compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches is essential. Experience with CRM software for lead management and progress tracking will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with the latest trends in digital, web, and mobile technologies is a plus. Being a self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be beneficial.
