Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele caller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong sales mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database Explain the company's products/services and generate interest Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments or demos Maintain call records and update the CRM system regularly Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Work closely with the sales and marketing teams Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any additional language is a plus) Confident and clear voice tone with a persuasive attitude Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Good organizational and time management skills Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or similar role is a plus Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,465.28 - ₹24,242.09 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
