Business Developer Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships and tie-ups with hotels and travel partners.
• Manage existing clients and onboard new hotels to Staybook’s platform.
• Arrange and attend meetings with hotel property owners to present Staybook services.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve strategies.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers are welcome (candidates with Hospitality / Sales background preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
• Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
