Business Developer Executive

We are Crazybox Studio Private Limited, a fast-growing Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Software Development company helping clients across the globe with innovative digital solutions. We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated Business Development Executives who can help grow our client base and build a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, bidding platforms, social media, and online research
• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and messages
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant services (web/app development, digital marketing, etc.)
• Schedule client meetings and follow up regularly
• Maintain CRM and keep records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal building and demos

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation / Sales
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
