Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing sales. Daily tasks include market research, networking, calling and converting leads. The role involves regular interaction with potential clients, converting prospects into closed wins and taking care of centre ops.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research and networking
• Client relationship management and strategic partnership development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft excel
• Should be fluent in Marathi and have Hindi and Eng proficiency.
