Job Description

Title : Business Development Executive

Experience : 0-2yrs

Location : Chennai (Sholinganallur)

Mode : WFO (US Timing)


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and research potential leads and target accounts in the US market, focusing on SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise-level companies.
  2. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure continuous engagement with prospects.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos between prospective clients and the technical/pre-sales team.
  5. Support the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and client-specific solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to IT services


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably for IT services or technology products targeting the US market.
  3. Strong understanding of the US business culture, time zones, and communication etiquette.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
