Position: Business Development Executive

Location: CG Road ,Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Identifying and researching potential B2B clients through online channels like LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conducting outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads.
• Utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and track leads.

Client Engagement:

• Contacting potential clients to understand their needs and business requirements.
• Presenting the company's products or services and demonstrating their value proposition.
• Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Sales Process Management:

• Qualifying leads and progressing them through the sales funnel.
• Preparing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
• Negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Performance Management:

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics.
• Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimizing sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
