Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with daily incoming leads for our D2C products.
• Convert leads into paying customers by explaining product features, benefits, and resolving queries.
• Build relationships with potential customers and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Provide a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and handling objections effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage and track lead conversion performance using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–6 years in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English; confident and clear on calls.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions to close deals.
• Target-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
• Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Salary:

• Competitive and in line with industry standards. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
