Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales & counseling team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our academic and professional training programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, excel in communication, and are motivated to create an impact in learners’ careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & Sales: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into successful enrollments through effective consultation and product presentation.
  • Career Counseling: Assist students and working professionals in identifying suitable courses based on their academic background, career goals, and skills.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain productive relationships with students, parents, and industry stakeholders to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets, revenue milestones, and pipeline goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, market trends, and learner feedback to identify opportunities and support decision-making for program promotion.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand learner requirements through active listening and provide customized solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • CRM Upkeep: Update CRM with lead status, interaction logs, and follow-up schedules to maintain sales accuracy and transparency.
  • Student Experience Support: Coordinate post-enrollment support and answer product/service-related queries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharma, IT, or related fields (BE, BTech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc, BPharm, MPharm, etc.).
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with strong communication and sales interest are encouraged to apply).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in at least one South Indian language is mandatory; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
