Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Marketing Sales & Operations from the back end at the company. This involves working closely with a Digital Agency and coordinating, tracking, and following up with both internal and external customers. You should be comfortable handling all correspondence within and outside the company and have the ability to ensure desired output from customers and employees. It is essential to have excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and experience in demonstrating functional activities to clients. Additionally, you will be required to prepare presentations, evaluate customer requirements, and have a keen eye for detail in managing information flow accurately and timely. Managing the CEO's calendar, setting up meetings, taking minutes during meetings, and organizing the Managing Director's office will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Sc./ BTech/Technical Diploma - Flexibility to perform multiple roles - Working knowledge & skills with Digital Agency - Strong Technical Background - Hands-on Experience in customer-facing Technology Consulting Desired Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office tools, Internet, Email, and ERP - Ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language - Respect for time - Pleasing personality - Curiosity and drive to learn new skills - Skill in generating leads If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to jobs@somnetics.in.
