Position- Business Coordinator
Qualification – Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA, PGDM)
Shift - Day Shift

Required Skills:
A business coordinator is a manager that implements sales policies, has the role of supporting the sales team to achieve the targets imposed by the company and tries to determine, together with the clients and the management, the business requirements. He/she must maintain a good relationship with the RSMs, ASMs, clients, the distributors and the sales officers. He/she also has to perform administrative duties (such as offers, proposals, agreements or reports).The most important quality one needs to get this job is to be result-oriented; for this, he/she needs to possess strong communication skills, to be persuasive and polite at the same time. Beside this, a sales coordinator must be a very hard-working person, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Description:
To call distributors once in a week, sort out there issues in 24hrs.
To connect SO on weekly basis.
To get all queries/ challenges or issues of all town sort out with concerned departments or management
Update town wise beat on daily basis of all Sales officers
To get work done from all sales co-coordinators& plan there back up in anybody’s absence.
Distributors Daily SMS..
To cover all modern trade bringing them in process.
Digital marketing through different tools like Facebook/ Whatsapp, etc
To focus on all e portals
To focus on “namans” online queries.
Cover all Horace & institutions , send our company proposals & quotations
Strong follow ups, whenever any work is given to business co-coordinator
Fix all monthly meeting schedules & update team, make MOM, assign them in DS & get it done
Strong up gradation on company process, schemes, market strategies

13. Be the backup of HR, in her absence strong follow ups of work or task if any.
14. Fix all monthly meeting schedules & update team, make MOM, assign them in DS & get it done.
15. Strong up gradation on company process, schemes, market strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
