As a Business Coordinator for India's Top Road Paint Manufacturing Company, your role will involve pushing the company's products with contractors and road companies in the North East states of India. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the region to drive sales and promote the company's products effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with contractors and road companies in the North East states to promote and sell the company's road paint products - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer queries or issues promptly - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends, providing feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company in the region Qualifications Required: - Simple graduates with excellent communication skills - Must possess a smartphone and laptop for effective communication and coordination - Previous experience in sales or business development roles will be an added advantage - Knowledge of the road construction industry and products will be beneficial Please note that the work location for this role is in Guwahati, Assam, and it is a full-time position that requires in-person presence.
