Role Overview:

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, coordination, and management?

We’re looking for a Business Coordinator who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how business functions work behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients, partners, or leads through online and offline platforms
• Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or in-person visits
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into meetings and opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
• Negotiate terms and assist in closing deals
• Create customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals using Excel or CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align strategies and share updates
• Provide feedback from clients and the market to improve business offerings

Qualifications & Skills:

• Students pursuing or recently completed graduation (BBA / MBA / B.Com / any related field)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel frequently for clients.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
