Join Enlace Polymers, a growing leader in wood adhesives and polymer solutions, as a Business Coordinator at our Kochi office. We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and organized individual to support our business operations and client coordination activities.
Position: Business Coordinator (Female)
Location: Kochi
Experience: 1–3 years (in sales coordination, business support, or administration preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between sales, accounts, and logistics departments for smooth business operations.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and order documentation.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and performance summaries.
Support management with business correspondence and scheduling.
Maintain records and assist in promotional and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
