Partner with Operations plan owners and BUCs to create, update, and quality-check BC Plans and Process BIAs in the firms approved BC application (FusionRM), ensuring alignment to policy and procedure.
Coordinate and track annual testing of recovery strategies (e.g., Loss of Site, Loss of Personnel, and Loss of Technology) and ensure evidence is complete and auditable.
Monitor plan data quality (e.g., owners, BUC coverage, contacts, dependencies) and work with teams to remediate gaps in a timely manner.
Assist with training & awareness for plan role-holders (Plan Owners, BUCs, REPs) and help reinforce role clarity and responsibilities.
Provide structured support during active incidents, coordinating with Crisis Management (Fusion Response) and Operations stakeholders as directed.
