About the Role

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage

  data protection strategies

  including backups, restores, and disaster recovery plans.
• Identify

  non-resilient Salesforce integrations

  with external systems; define SOPs and collaborate with Architecture to automate or re-architect as needed
• Ensure compliance with

  business continuity standards and regulatory best practices

  .
• Partner with Salesforce and cross-functional teams to validate and execute resilience planning.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with

  Salesforce integrations

  (AppExchange, APIs, custom builds).
• Hands-on expertise in

  disaster recovery, backups, and data protection strategies

  .
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with

  Architecture and Security teams

  .
• Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks and practical resilience planning.
