Business Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing engagements and relationships with client leadership, coaching team members, and delivering high-quality work while introducing new offerings to create significant stakeholder value. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing project economics, including planning, budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. You will also mentor a team of 4-5 analysts, providing support and guidance to facilitate their learning and growth. As part of your role, you will need to identify new support areas within insights and advisory services and assist in key account development with new penetration strategies for relevant services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage engagements and relationships with client leadership - Coach team members and deliver high-quality work - Introduce new offerings to create stakeholder value - Manage project economics, planning, and budgeting - Define deliverable content and ensure quality deliverables - Mentor a team of 4-5 analysts - Identify new support areas within insights and advisory services - Support practice leadership and sales team in key account development Qualifications: - Possess a can-do attitude and ability to take initiative - Have 6-8 years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects, preferably in manufacturing, heavy electricals, or power sector - Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or Electronics (a Master's degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage) - Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines - Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
