Business Consultant

Role Overview: As a Business Consultant in Clinical Operations & Technology at Sonata Software, you will utilize your 8+ years of experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma domain to collaborate with a prominent Global Pharmaceutical Company. Your main responsibility will be to connect business requirements with technological solutions, focusing particularly on Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Clinical Operations stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure seamless implementation through collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Analyze existing clinical processes, recommend process improvements, and provide thought leadership on innovative technology solutions in Clinical Operations. - Work closely with client stakeholders, technology teams, and Sonata's delivery team to ensure alignment and successful delivery of clinical systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTSM, and Safety systems. - Support end-to-end implementation efforts, define KPIs, and contribute to project delivery support. Qualification Required: - In-depth knowledge of Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations processes. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and a strong understanding of clinical systems and integration points. - Business analysis skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office. - Preferred qualifications include experience with global Pharma/Biotech clients, exposure to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies, and certifications in Business Analysis or Clinical Research.
