R.M (Relationship Manager) - Large MNC/large Corporates
Managing large / ultra large corporates debt portfolio through understanding and analysis of their
risks parameters.
• Sourcing new corporate clients and new deals in existing client– lending new Working capital /
Export Finance / Term Loan, ECBs etc.
• Structured trade products such as Factoring, Buyers / Suppliers credit, Supply chain
finance etc
• Increasing wallet share of bank in imports / exports, domestic collections / payments etc.
• Targeting new flows – Equity, Parent debt / ECB etc.
• Capturing forex deals: Cross currency payments, Spot / Forwards etc.
• Engage with credit teams for sanction of new deals
• Negotiation and closure of legal documents
• Maintaining CXO level relationship for better client engagements
