About The Role

Project Role :Business Architect

Project Role Description :Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide domain expertise on Trade Finance (Documentary Trade, Supply Chain Finance) processes and best practices.

Collaborates with technology teams, Operations and Product teams to develop and deploy solutions that meets business requirements and enhance operations efficiency.

Assist in mapping current processes / functionality, identifying gaps, and defining future state workflows.

Support product customization and configurations, notable CGI Trade360, to suit bank needs.

Facilitate training, change management, and user adoption related to new system.

Act as a bridge between business / operations units and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications.

Ensure solution comply with regulatory standards and risk management policiesExperience Requirements

Strong expertise in Trade Finance systems, with hands-on experience in integration and implementation of vendor product. CGI Trade360 experience preferred.

Extensive experience leading functional delivery of large-scale, multi-market platform implementations in Trade Finance / Transaction Banking Domain

Proven track record in Trade finance Product integration in Bank's application ecosystem, and end-to-end solutioning.

In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for platform technology in the financial sector.

Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams across multiple APAC markets.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.Preferred Geographical Areas

Exposure to Asia Pacific markets is highly desirable, with experience in regional banking transformations.
Qualifications & Certifications1 Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2 Certifications:(Preferred but not mandatory)

Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) or equivalent
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Trade Finance.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
