Business Analytics Senior Analyst

As a Business Analytics Senior Analyst at our International Markets Medical Economics team, you will be responsible for network analytics and generating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve provider performance. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in healthcare analytics, Qlik Sense, SQL, Python, AWS, and predictive modelling to deliver impactful recommendations for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver medical cost insight presentations on a bimonthly basis to relevant managers or P&L - Develop and maintain dashboards for provider cost benchmarking and analysis to support negotiations and network tiering - Conduct deep dives into claims and utilization to identify cost drivers, pricing trends, and savings opportunities - Analyze disease trends and clinical focus areas to inform targeted initiatives and programs - Support the network team in setting financial targets by providing insights and clear analysis for performance review Required Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Python, AWS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel - Strong understanding of healthcare data and provider contracting processes - High proficiency in English (written and verbal) - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences - Collaborative approach with stakeholders across different geographies and cultures Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or related field - 5-9 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or provider network analysis - Experience in a multinational or multi-market environment Join us to make a significant impact on medical cost optimization and provider performance through advanced analytics and strategic insights.,
