Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the D&A Strategy Execution's Digital Product Analytics team at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, where you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to uncover digital customer/client value potential. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for creating data models, performing data analysis, and providing strategic digital, business, and marketing recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical ability, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital analysis, offering you a stepping stone towards future leadership roles within the digital and analytics landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Independently develop and implement data analytics decision tools and business case models in collaboration with the Digital Website and Apps Analytics team - Formulate hypotheses, plan tests, and execute A/B testing on product performance to assess strategy effectiveness - Generate insightful reports to identify customer behaviors and trends, providing a deeper understanding of user engagement - Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to identify key growth and profitability drivers and highlight business opportunities - Translate statistical conclusions into business solutions and facilitate successful implementation in a global business environment - Provide customer-focused recommendations to maintain existing Business Partner relationships and secure business opportunities - Develop scalable standard practices for digital analytics and insight generation, ensuring consistency and efficiency - Collaborate effectively with team members across different geographies to foster a unified and productive working environment Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization - Proficiency in using SQL and ETL to wrangle and transform data - Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau, to create dashboards - Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to produce actionable insights through collaboration in a matrix team environment - Understanding of the health care industry is a plus Required Experience & Education: - 3-5 years of relevant analytics experience in digital analytics, digital product management, data visualization, hypothesis testing, and insight generation - College degree (Bachelor) in related technical areas or equivalent work experience Desired Experience: - Exposure to digital data feeds like Adobe CJA or Google clickstream data - Experience with Python (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
