Business Analytics Senior Analyst

As a Business Analytics Senior Analyst at our company, you will be an integral part of the International Markets Medical Economics team. Your primary focus will be on network (provider contracting) analytics, where you will be responsible for producing high-quality, actionable insights. These insights will drive strategic decision-making, optimize medical costs, and improve provider performance across various markets. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver medical cost insight presentations on a bimonthly basis for the relevant geography or P&L managers - Develop and maintain dashboards for provider cost benchmarking and comparative analysis to support provider negotiations and network tiering - Conduct claims and utilization deep dives to identify cost drivers, pricing trends, and savings opportunities, presenting results in clear business terms - Highlight disease trend analyses and emerging clinical focus areas to inform targeted clinical initiatives and programs - Support the network team in setting financial targets by providing insights, commentary, and clear analysis in the Monthly Operating Report Required Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Python, AWS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel - Strong understanding of healthcare data and knowledge of provider contracting processes - High proficiency in English (written and verbal) - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences - Collaborative approach with stakeholders across multiple geographies and cultures Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or related field - 5-9 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or provider network analysis - Experience in a multinational or multi-market environment Join our team and contribute your expertise to make a significant impact on our strategic decision-making processes and provider performance optimization efforts.,
