Business Analysts

The job is for a Business Analyst in the Brightree (WFO) team with work type as WFO (Hybrid) and work location in Bangalore or Coimbatore. The work time zone is IST. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in Brightree. It is essential to have a good understanding of the US Health Insurance domain using Brightree, be comfortable with CPT/HCPCS Codes, and possess experience in HME / DME cloud-based integrated solutions in the EMR / EHR space. Additionally, experience in communicating with US Clients and insurance domain experts is required. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Domain Experts, Product Manager, and project stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate business needs into user stories for software engineers. - Work closely with the Product Manager to understand the product strategy and roadmap. - Provide Subject Matter Expertise and knowledge transfer to internal teams. - Ensure alignment of product backlog priorities with the product vision and priorities set by the Product Manager. - Offer guidance and support to team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, HealthCare, or a related field with over 10 years of experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brightree. - Strong communication skills with a track record of effectively communicating with Domain Experts and US Customers. - Proficient in problem-solving and possess emotional intelligence skills.,
