About the Role

Change Projects Specialist (Intellimatch)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new reconciliations and migrate existing/manual reconciliations into

  Intellimatch

  .
• Gather and validate business, system, and security requirements for reconciliation projects.
• Prioritize requests, evaluate change impacts, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders.
• Oversee

  UAT, IT testing, and deployment

  , ensuring smooth business go-live.
• Provide user training, create documentation, and support operations teams.
• Standardize and optimize reconciliation processes, automation, and system performance.
• Track defects, monitor risks, and coordinate with IT on incident resolution.
• Act as a

  point of contact with FIS (Intellimatch vendor)

  for upgrades and releases.
• Promote adoption of tools like

  PEGA, BAM, Robotics, and process automation

  for reconciliation.
• Represent the reconciliation function in internal and external committees.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Post-Graduate (Finance/Technology background preferred).

• 5 to 7 years of experience

  in reconciliations / financial operations / Intellimatch.
• Strong understanding of

  financial instruments

  (Equities, Bonds, Options, Derivatives, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise in

  Intellimatch

  (configuration, setup, migration, optimization).
• Advanced

  MS Excel / VBA skills

  ; exposure to Quality Center, 2Strack is a plus.
• Strong

  project coordination, stakeholder management, and governance skills

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability.
