Overview

We are seeking a

Business Analyst

with strong expertise in

Generative AI and Data Solutions

. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, focusing on designing and implementing

LLM-powered workflows

RAG architectures

, and

data-driven insights

. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions using

LangChain/LangGraph

Azure/OpenAI

, and modern data tools, while ensuring business value through robust reporting and agile execution.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
Design and support
LLM-based solutions
including
RAG pipelines
, prompt strategies, and retrieval workflows.
Build prototypes and collaborate with engineering teams on
LangChain/LangGraph
orchestration.
Perform data analysis using
Python
and
SQL
; ensure data quality and relevance for AI models.
Define and optimize
vector database
schemas and retrieval strategies.
Develop and maintain
BI dashboards
(Power BI/Tableau) for performance monitoring and insights.
Implement
prompt engineering best practices
for accuracy, grounding, and safety.
Work in
Agile delivery frameworks
, managing backlogs, sprints, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and ethical AI standards.

Requirements

Experience with
LangSmith
or LLM observability tools.
Knowledge of
hybrid search
,
re-ranking
, and advanced retrieval techniques.
Familiarity with
LLMOps/MLOps
for prompt versioning and model lifecycle management.
Exposure to
Azure Data Stack
(Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) or
Snowflake
.
Advanced BI skills (DAX, data modeling) and KPI design.
Understanding of
embedding models
, chunking strategies, and metadata filtering.
Domain experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or similar industries.
