Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst/Data Analyst, your role involves helping gather requirements and analyzing business processes for improvement. You will be responsible for conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, documenting business requirements and workflows, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and supporting solution implementation and testing. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Document business requirements and workflows. - Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities. - Support solution implementation and testing. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services and Snowflake. - Build and manage data transformation workflows using dbt. - Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable, and well-documented datasets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of business analysis tools. - Interest in process optimization. - Experience: 1-5 Years Additional Details: The company is open to considering freshers for the position as well.
