As a detail-oriented and analytical Business/Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong data analysis skills to provide actionable insights and optimize business performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your role will involve analyzing large data sets, developing dashboards and reports, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers, conducting A/B testing, and generating insights on customer behavior and product performance. Your recommendations for product improvements and optimizations will be based on data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for product decisions. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development based on data insights. - Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to evaluate product changes" impact. - Generate insights on customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance. - Monitor and report on user engagement, product metrics, and business outcomes. - Provide recommendations for product improvements and optimizations. - Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify enhancement opportunities. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or related field. - Strong inclination towards AI is a big plus. - Ability to manage large data sets across different platforms like Metabase, RDS, Zoho Analytics, etc. - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., ZoHo Analytics, Tableau). - Experience with statistical analysis tools is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Nice To Have: - Experience in a product-driven or SaaS company. - Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and product experimentation. - Knowledge of customer behavior analytics tools like Zoho Analytics, QuickSight, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.,
