• 6+ years of experience as a Technical/IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
• Proficient in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Balsamiq, Visio, or similar.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and integration concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
