• Perform deep diligence adjustments including quality of earnings and working capital analysis.
• Support delivery throughout the full transaction lifecyclefrom data analysis to reporting and presentations.
• Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and highlight transaction risks and value drivers.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure aligned and consistent delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to client discussions by presenting relevant analytical findings.
• Develop sector specialization to enhance deal understanding and industry knowledge.
• Prepare structured and visually compelling outputs using TD tools and templates.
• Support junior team members through guidance and review of deliverables.

Qualification Experience

• CA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in transaction diligence or financial analysis preferred.
• Sector knowledge in at least one industry strongly advantageous.
