Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems to develop strategies for improvement. - Identify and establish the scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions. - Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements, goals, and resolve issues. - Lead design sessions to prototype new systems for enhancing business processes and information flow. - Conduct research on software and hardware products to support purchasing decisions. - Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide system programmers. - Coordinate and conduct thorough tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. - Utilize extensive practical knowledge in importing data for reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts. - Provide orientation and training to end users on modified and new systems. - Offer guidance and instruction to junior staff members.
