We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
