Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills are needed.
• Experience with M365 collaboration tools
• Experience with collaboration platforms (Webex, Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams features and workflows
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across large user groups
• Proficiency with Excel, Visio/Miro, and project management tools
• Experience supporting IT transformation or migration projects

About the job:

We need to look for a strong Business Analyst for ADP to support a large-scale enterprise migration from Webex to Microsoft Teams, working across discovery, requirements gathering, user mapping, process documentation, migration readiness, communication planning, and post-migration adoption.

This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams (Teams Architect, Migration Engineers, DevOps), and end-users to ensure a smooth migration experience for 20,000+ users and 200+ collaboration groups.
