Opportunity The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in financial planning and brokerage within the Private Bank and Wealth sector. The purpose of the role is to manage and execute ROI-driven projects, under Change the Bank portfolio Key Responsibilities Analysing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Requirement gathering & documentation using stakeholder interviews, process documents, requirements workshops, surveys, business problems, business scenarios analysis, task and workflow analysis Support solution delivery through process requirements documentation Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders to understand, refine, and validate their requirements for evolving business products, processes, and systems. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with business strategy Identify, analyse and resolve problems working with systems and other functional groups. Recommend research backed state-of-the-art solutions to business problems in line with industry standards & latest tends Provide analysis to support key project & business decisions aligning to strategic objectives Own traceability of requirements and solution design into subsequent system design activity, through liaison with the Software Delivery team to confirm technical designs follow the business design Design strategy, business case &/or GTM roadmap for products and propositions Managing backlogs and user stories Essentials Domain Knowledge The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking. Specifically in areas such as, Retail / Private Banking & Digital Banking channels Experience working in Banking and Wealth domains with understanding of various functions such as – Operations, distribution, Front office, Back office, trade reconciliation Core Banking experience (preferred knowledge in Avaloq) Exposure to relevant Core Banking products and digitization will be considered an advantage Skills Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Data analysis and modelling Senior stakeholder mgmt. and presentation skills Business acumen and digital savviness Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex issues and communicating them to various stakeholders. Attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritization of tasks and decision making. Academic Qualifications MBA with specialization in Finance / Business Analytics / IT (preferably from a Tier 1 institute) with a 3.5 GCPA or equivalent Experience 6 years of relevant post MBA experience Experience working with Global Banks/ multiple geographies preferred Certifications CFA, FRM, CBAP certification, Wealth Management Certification, Agile certification Systems / Tooling experience Confluence, Jira, Kanban boards, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Job Location Pune (preferred) Job Type & Nature Full Time, Hybrid
